• Splash 'n' Party Kids Waterpark authority holds the right to refuse entry to or remove any person from their premise for illegal activities and alcohol abuse.
• There is a day exclusively reserved for ladies. Boys only under 8 are allowed on that day.
• Underwear, transparent bathing suits and long-flowing dresses are not allowed.
• Babies must be wearing waterproof diapers.
• Long ornaments and metal accessories are prohibited.
