November to March is the best time to visit Burj Khalifa. This is the peak tourist season. This time is ideal for sightseeing, outdoor photos, and walking around Downtown Dubai. You can enjoy the majestic sunset view if you visit there during sunset. If you visit from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM, you will be able to catch the Dubai Fountain Show.
