Aquaventure World

Aquaventure World (also known as Aquaventure Waterpark) is one of the world's premier aquatic destinations. It is located on Crescent Road, Dubai. It’s a Guinness World Records-certified waterpark. The total area of this waterpark is 22.5 hectares. This luxurious waterpark offers more than 105 record-breaking slides, attractions, and experiences. The total area is divided into three parts: Waterpark, Atlas Village, and The Lost Chambers Aquarium. There are three towers at the waterpark. Those are called Neptune, Poseidon, and Trident. These towers have their unique sets of adventures and excitments. This place is a favourite to thrill-seekers, families, and leisure enthusiasts alike. The park was established in 2008. Since then, it has become a very important feature of Dubai’s tourism landscape.

• ‘Awesome’ is the only word to describe Aquaventure Waterpark. Adventure, luxury, and marine exploration meet here. It has some of the tallest, fastest, and longest water slides in the world. There is a near-vertical drop through a shark tank called Leap of Faith. ‘Odyssey of Terror’, the world’s tallest waterslide, is there too.
• Aquaventure Waterpark has the world’s largest dedicated kids' zone. Children can race down the waterslides and explore many fantastic water features.
• There is a true underwater kingdom with  65,000 fascinating marine animals. There is a gigantic 11-million-litre aquarium. Qualified marine guides are there to educate you regarding the diverse marine life. Some of the prominent aquarium residents are Grey Reef Sharks, Blue-Spotted Rays, Giant Groupers, and Octopuses.  Aquaventure Waterpark offers a dive certification course called The PADI Open Water Programme. You can enjoy scuba diving and snorkelling. There are many adventurous activities for kids, such as Shark Safari, Marine Explorers, Ray feeding, and Shark Snorkel. Kids as young as 3 years old can enjoy their time watching starfish, baby sharks, and sea cucumbers. They can feed baby rays.
• If you like dolphins, you should not miss the Dolphin show at the Dolphin Bay of the  Aquaventure Waterpark. 
• You can meet and greet sea lions, who are very social and playful.

Best Time To Visit

To avoid large crowds and long queues, plan your visit on weekdays. In the UAE, the weekend falls on Friday and Saturday. The park gets very crowded on weekends. If you go there anytime from November to April, you can enjoy all the activities in a pleasant temperature. However, expect higher crowd levels.

How To Get There?

• By Metro And Monorail: Take the Red Line to Dubai Internet City Metro Station. From there, a short taxi ride will take you to the Palm Gateway Monorail Station.
Board the Palm Monorail to Atlantis Aquaventure Station, which is directly at the park entrance.
• By Bus: From the Mall of the Emirates Metro Station, take Bus F55 towards Atlantis The Palm.
• By Taxi: You can hire taxis or use ride-sharing apps like Uber and Careem.
• By Car: You can go to the waterpark by car.
• Hotel Shuttle Services: Many hotels in Dubai offer shuttle services to major attractions, including Aquaventure Waterpark.

Tips For Visitors

• Buy Tickets Online in Advance to avoid long lines. You can also get up to a 15% discount on some specific passes if you book online.
• The entrance is expensive, but if you go there around your birthday (up to +/- 1 week), your entry is free!
• You can rent a locker with a wristband to store valuables — very convenient and secure.
• Restaurants can get crowded at peak lunch hours (12–2 PM). Eat early or later to avoid lines.
• No outside food is allowed, but the park offers various halal-friendly food options.
• Private cabanas and premium seating arrangements are available.
