How to get there?

By car: From Dubai, take Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road or Emirates Road. The drive may take about 30–40 minutes.

From Sharjah, Drive along Sheikh Zayed Street (E11) or Al Ittihad Road. It will take 15–20 minutes to reach the beach.

From Abu Dhabi, Take E11 (Sheikh Zayed Road) towards Dubai and then continue on Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road or Emirates Road.

By taxi: Taxis are widely available in Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman.

By bus: From Dubai, take the E400 bus from Al Ghubaiba Bus Station (Dubai) to Ajman Bus Station. From there, take a local taxi to the beach.

Tips for visitors:

• Weekends can get busy. Arrive early to get a good spot on the beach.

• Bring sunscreen, sunglasses and hats.

• While swimwear is allowed on the beach, it’s best to cover up when walking.
